Tofu and Avocado Dip Sandwich


This lunch recipe comes with the anti-aging benefits of soybeans and avocados. The vegetable fat and protein are great for you, and they're also easily digestible.

Ingredients:
~ 1/4 block of firm tofu (drained)
~ 1/4 avocado
~ 1  tablespoon olive oil
~ 1/2 teaspoon salt
~ 1  teaspoon lemon juice
~ 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
~ Some black pepper
~ Whole grain bread


Directions:
Smash tofu with your hand in a bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients but leave bread. Mix well with a fork. Season with salt to taste. Toast bread lightly and make a sandwich. You can also add lettuce or tomato if desired.

Senang jer mydear, buleh guna tomato fresh, hiris, lenyek dan sapu kat muka, bila kering cuci. Pastu combine ngan cara moden tiqah buleh massage sendiri muka kat umah. Tp kena beli krim massage la. Atau pon boleh jer guna krim muka yg agak oily sket. Cuba lah.
