Mengelak Ulser mulut
Assalamualaikum, salam Ramadhan kekawan semua...
Orang kata, sesuatu penyakit tu lebih mudah mencegah drp mengubati. Jadi kat sini kaktee nak kongsi satu tip mudah dgn kawan2. Tips bg mengelak drp terkena ulser mulut atau mulut pecah2 atau melepoh. Sakit wooo, bg org yg dah terkena sj yg taw peritnya kan.

Petua ni selalu kaktee amalkan. Nak kata tak pernah kena tu lebih2 la pulak, tp... memang pon tak pernah kena ulser mulut semenjak kaktee amalkannya. Petuanya senang jer. Letak sedikit garam di atas ubat gigi sebelum memberus gigi. Jikalau mulut rasa tidak selesa selepas gigi digosok, boleh ulangi memberus gigi dgn ubat gigi tanpa letak garam.

Ginger Fried Rice with Celery and Leeks
Brown rice is full of fiber and vitamins that help promote glowing skin. Celery helps to combat stress and helps skin build collagen. Leeks are good to fight fatigue and ginger aids indigestion and boost immunity. With so many antioxidant vegetables, this fried rice recipe delivers all the elements for beautiful skin on one plate.
Ingredients:
~ 150 g cooked brown rice
~ 1 celery stalk
~ 2 clumps of leeks
~ 2 cherry tomatoes
~ 2-3 cashew nuts
~ some chopped garlic
~ 2 teaspoon of chopped ginger
~ 1 tablespoon olive oil
~ 1 teaspoon salt
~ 2 teaspoon soy sauce
Direction:
Cut 5-6 of the celery leaves into small pieces. Then cut the cherry tomatoes into 6 pieces each. Chop the leeks into 4-5 cm lengths and break the cashews into pieces. Put olive oil in a pan, add garlic and half of the ginger. Saute for 5 minutes. Add cashews, rice, celery leaves and salt, and stir fry while moving the pan to regulate the heat. When it's well mixed, add cherry tomatoes, leeks and the rest of the ginger and continue sauteing. Gradually mix in the soy sauce with the other ingredients. Season with oil, celery stem and some salt to taste.

Senamrobik 1Murid 1Sukan
Assalam kekawan semua...
Ari ni program senamrobik 1 murid 1 sukan telah diadakan serentak seluruh negara. Dan skolah kitorang tak terkecualilah. Semua murid dan jugak guru dikehendaki memakai pakaian sukan. Murid2 memakai pakaian sukan mengikut rumah masing2, manakala cg2 plak memakai baju sukan 1M 1S yg diberi percuma sempena karnival 1 murid 1 sukan ritu. Cantik baju dia... di mata kaktee la mata onlaen hakak tataw...ahak.
Program bermula seawal jam 7.45 pg. Ada gimik plak tew, tp syg kaktee tak sempat nak keluarkn phone... hakak tataw sbab dorang tacakap...ehek2. Yg tersakit atiknye ...hakakterlupenakbawakkamerahakaktew... Hmh jadik sumenye... hakak hambik hambor hanya hengan hempon hiput haje hela... mencik... ;p
Pegawai PPD Kemaman pon dtg taw, dorang la yg rasmikn program ni kat skolah kitorang. Tpkan kaktee segan nak hambik gambor dorang, lgpon dorang dok asing2, dok celah2 murid macam kitorang jugak. Mungkin dorang segan kot, tp leh kerana program satu malaya maka dorang kena dtg jugak ek, lg pulak pejabat pelajaran daerah kemaman kan sebelah pagau skp ajer. Mau tak dtg!
Program ni program baru, jadik sume murid pd mula2nya nampak terpinga2 dan kekok. Pastu masing2 dah naik syiok la pulak hehehe... Huih berpeluh jugak satu badan walopon senamnye gitu2 ajer. Ye la tak brapa nak robik ane... :D
Terhegeh2... tak brapa nak jadik...kaktee la tew, onlaen kutengokelok ajer tp haku...hancussumenye...kehkehkeh. Harap posing jer yg lebih... muehehehe.
