(Ingredients):
1/2 frozen banana
5 almonds
5 blueberries
2 strawberries
50cc of orange juice
100cc of soy milk
2 ice cubes
1 teaspoon maple syrup


(Directions):
Place ice cubes and frozen banana in a blender, and when they're crushed add the almonds and fruits. When it blends into a liquid, slowly pour in the soy milk, orange juice and maple syrup, little by little while working the blender.

TUJUAN BLOG DIHASILKAN:
Asalnya kaktee sukaaa sgt menulis diari. Setiap tahun sekurang2nya ada 2 buah diari. Pastu selang setahun dua, diari lama dibuang, gitulah sampai ke 
akhirnya. Kendian timbul idea menulis diari kat alam maya. Apa 
salahnya kan! Kat sini kaktee boleh ulang baca semaunya. 
Selain tu boleh kongsi2 cerita menarik dgn kekawan.

Masih berasap lg, baru 5 bulan
