energy booster

1/2 frozen banana
5 almonds
5 blueberries
2 strawberries
50cc of orange juice
100cc of soy milk
2 ice cubes
1 teaspoon maple syrup

Place ice cubes and frozen banana in a blender, and when they're crushed add the almonds and fruits. When it blends into a liquid, slowly pour in the soy milk, orange juice and maple syrup, little by little while working the blender.
